Application for registration.—Every tenant carrying on the cultivation of land as tenant shall make an application for registration to the Collector in Form 3, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty rupees and a statement of every khasra held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
