Intimation of change.—Every user of a weighing instrument shall intimate to the Director of Legal Metrology, in Form A and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Director of Legal Metrology shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
