Application for registration.—Every recovery agent carrying on the recovery of dues on behalf of a lender shall make an application for registration to the Deposit Insurance Corporation in Form G, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every cheque held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
