Surrender of certificate.—Every court typist who ceases to carry on the typing of pleadings for reward shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every court fee stamp held by him has been disposed of.
