Surrender of certificate.—Every air transport undertaking who ceases to carry on the carriage of passengers by air shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Punjab in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form CA-6 of the manner in which every air operator certificate held by him has been disposed of.
