Surrender of certificate.—Every occupier who ceases to carry on the occupation of land shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Competent Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 5 of the manner in which every interest in land held by him has been disposed of.
