Surrender of certificate.—Every transmission licensee who ceases to carry on the transmission of electricity shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Grievance Redressal Forum in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VI of the manner in which every meter held by him has been disposed of.
