Application for registration.—Every manufacturer of motor vehicles carrying on the manufacture of motor vehicles shall make an application for registration to the Regional Transport Authority in Form 29, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every trip sheet held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
