Surrender of certificate.—Every landholder who ceases to carry on the holding of land shall, within one hundred and eighty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Sub-Divisional Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 7 of the manner in which every record of rights held by him has been disposed of.
