Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any trustee dies, his legal representative shall, within twenty-one days of the death, intimate the death to the Board of Trustees in Form 13, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every scheme then held; and the Board of Trustees shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
