Surrender of certificate.—Every trustee who ceases to carry on the administration of the Fund shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Board of Trustees in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 19 of the manner in which every annual account statement held by him has been disposed of.
