Intimation of change.—Every owner of forest produce shall intimate to the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, in Form I and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
