Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any caterer dies, his legal representative shall, within twenty-one days of the death, intimate the death to the Food Safety Appellate Tribunal in Form B, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every consignment of food then held; and the Food Safety Appellate Tribunal shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
