Surrender of certificate.—Every caterer who ceases to carry on the business of catering shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Food Safety Appellate Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every sample held by him has been disposed of.
