Intimation of change.—Every flying training organisation shall intimate to the Government of Odisha, in Form CA-3 and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Odisha shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
