Application for registration.—Every lessee of Government land carrying on the holding of Government land on lease shall make an application for registration to the State Government in Form 3, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every holding held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
