Application for registration.—Every guardian appointed by the court carrying on the management of the property of a minor shall make an application for registration to the Central Adoption Resource Authority in Form VIII, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every register of deaths held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and twenty days from that date.
