Intimation of change.—Every guardian appointed by the court shall intimate to the Central Adoption Resource Authority, in Form VI and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Central Adoption Resource Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty rupees.
