Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any guardian appointed by the court dies, his legal representative shall, within fourteen days of the death, intimate the death to the Central Adoption Resource Authority in Form IV, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every adoption order then held; and the Central Adoption Resource Authority shall enter the intimation in the register within sixty days of its receipt.
