Safe custody.—Every licensee for the sale of poisons shall keep every weapon to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the sale of poisons is carried on, shall record in Form I the description of every weapon so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate within fourteen days of the close of each year.
