Intimation of change.—Every licensee for the sale of poisons shall intimate to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, in Form VIII and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Sub-Divisional Magistrate shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred rupees.
