Intimation of change.—Every actuary shall intimate to the Government of Telangana, in Form IRDA-4 and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Telangana shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
