Surrender of certificate.—Every reinsurer who ceases to carry on the business of reinsurance shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IRDA-6 of the manner in which every register of policies held by him has been disposed of.
