Surrender of certificate.—Every lessee of trust property who ceases to carry on the holding of trust property on lease shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of West Bengal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every trust held by him has been disposed of.
