Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any lessee of trust property dies, his legal representative shall, within three hundred and sixty-five days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of West Bengal in Form F, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every trust property then held; and the Government of West Bengal shall enter the intimation in the register within sixty days of its receipt.
