Intimation of change.—Every operator of a common service centre shall intimate to the District Panchayat, in Form 8 and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the District Panchayat shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
