Application for registration.—Every operator of a common service centre carrying on the running of a common service centre shall make an application for registration to the District Panchayat in Form 3, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees and a statement of every market held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
