Intimation of change.—Every dealer in medical devices shall intimate to the Licensing Authority, in Form 29 and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Licensing Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.
