Intimation of change.—Every satellite communication operator shall intimate to the Universal Service Obligation Fund, in Form B and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Universal Service Obligation Fund shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
