Surrender of certificate.—Every trade union who ceases to carry on the functioning of a trade union shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Labour Commissioner in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IV of the manner in which every appointment letter held by him has been disposed of.
