Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the freight forwarder by rail shall apply to the Divisional Railway Manager in Form D for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees, and the Divisional Railway Manager shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
