Application for registration.—Every freight forwarder by rail carrying on the forwarding of freight by rail shall make an application for registration to the Divisional Railway Manager in Form G, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees and a statement of every ticket held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
