Periodical returns.—Every non-governmental organisation substantially financed by the Government shall furnish to the Grievance Redressal Authority, within ninety days of the close of each year, a return in Form A of the receipt of substantial financing from the Government carried on during that year, and a nil return where no such activity was carried on.
