Intimation of change.—Every certifying medical authority shall intimate to the Rehabilitation Council, in Form II and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Rehabilitation Council shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
