Intimation of change.—Every manufacturer of motor vehicles shall intimate to the Highway Administration, in Form 20 and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Highway Administration shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
