Application for registration.—Every paying guest accommodation provider carrying on the provision of paying guest accommodation shall make an application for registration to the Appellate Tribunal in Form C, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every brochure held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
