Surrender of certificate.—Every licensee who ceases to carry on the sale of drugs shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the State Medical Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 19 of the manner in which every batch held by him has been disposed of.
