Intimation of change.—Every owner of a contract carriage shall intimate to the State Transport Appellate Tribunal, in Form 1 and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the State Transport Appellate Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
