Correction of entries.—The State Transport Appellate Tribunal may, on an application made in Form 20 by any owner of a contract carriage or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than fifteen days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
