Maintenance of premises.—Every polling agent shall keep the premises where attendance at a polling station is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every pamphlet kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with attendance at a polling station, and shall furnish to the Election Commission in Form 12, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
