Rule 29, Madhya Pradesh Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Registration) Rules, 2017 [SCW-NP0]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the aircraft maintenance engineer shall apply to the Appellate Tribunal in Form CA-5 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees, and the Appellate Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
