Intimation of change.—Every aircraft maintenance engineer shall intimate to the Appellate Tribunal, in Form CA-2 and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Appellate Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one lakh rupees.
