Surrender of certificate.—Every keeper of a public building who ceases to carry on the keeping of a public building shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every register held by him has been disposed of.
