Application for registration.—Every actuary carrying on the practice as an actuary shall make an application for registration to the Insurance Information Bureau in Form IRDA-2, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every endorsement held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
