Application for registration.—Every operator of a rice mill in a village carrying on the running of a rice mill in a village shall make an application for registration to the Gram Sabha in Form 1, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees and a statement of every licence held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
