Surrender of certificate.—Every contractor who ceases to carry on the execution of contracts shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Madhya Pradesh in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every summons held by him has been disposed of.
