Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any owner of premises used as a polling station dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Delimitation Commission in Form 2A, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every voting machine then held; and the Delimitation Commission shall enter the intimation in the register within three days of its receipt.
