Application for registration.—Every finder of treasure carrying on the finding of treasure shall make an application for registration to the Sub-Registrar in Form 2, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every document held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
