Safe custody.—Every registered user shall keep every register of patents to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the use of a mark under registration is carried on, shall record in Form 18 the description of every register of patents so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Registrar of Geographical Indications within one hundred and twenty days of the close of each year.
