Safe custody.—Every trader within a cantonment shall keep every canteen stock to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the carrying on of a trade within a cantonment is carried on, shall record in Form A the description of every canteen stock so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Defence Estates Officer within sixty days of the close of each year.
